The design team created a highly efficient and welcoming environment, utilizing a warm, neutral colour palette with intentional accents to demarcate zones for collaboration and relaxation. This architectural decision placed a high value on employee wellbeing and productivity, with strategic placement of workstations maximizing natural light and the stunning Dubai skyline views. A central challenge was ensuring visual privacy and superior acoustic performance while accommodating the optimal density of workstations and flexible meeting rooms
